Max A. Schmierer Esq.
Attorney Max Schmierer is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, class of 2012 and the Duquesne University School of Law, class of 2015. During his tenure, attorney Schmierer was invited to join the prestigious Duquesne Law Review. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duquesne Law School in 2015, earning his Juris Doctor degree. Attorney Schmierer is a member of both the Pennsylvania Bar as well as the New Jersey Bar. His main areas of practice are criminal defense, civil litigation, personal injury law, and employment law.
Attorney Schmierer was then accepted into the Duquesne University School of Law, class of 2012. Following his first year of law school, Attorney Schmierer was invited to join the prestigious Duquesne Law Review and was elected to the position of business manager of the law review in his third year of school. Attorney Schmierer graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duquesne University School of Law in 2015, earning his Juris Doctor degree. Following graduation, Attorney Schmierer became a member of both the Pennsylvania Bar as well as the New Jersey Bar, and is licensed to practice in both jurisdictions and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Following law school, Attorney Schmierer worked as a contract attorney doing transactional work. In 2017, Attorney Schmierer was welcomed to Beaver County when he joined the court staff as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Dale Fouse of the Beaver County Court of Common Pleas. In June of 2019, Attorney Schmierer joined with Attorney Nathan Bible to form NBMS Law Firm. Currently, Attorney Schmierer operates a full service law firm serving clients in Western Pennsylvania in nearly all areas of the law. Attorney Schmierer’s main areas of practice are criminal defense, civil litigation, personal injury law, and employment law.
Attorney Schmierer is an active member of the Beaver County Bar Association (BCBA) and the Young Lawyer’s Division. He is the treasurer of the Young Lawyer’s Division and presently serves on the Civil Rules Committee, the Orphans Court Rules Committee, and Continuing Legal Education Committee of the BCBA. He is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
